“In the summer of 2003 I was diagnosed with a strep infection in my elbow and underwent 2 hospitalizations with a PICC line and IV antibiotics and was also diagnosed with leukocytoclastic vasculitis. In January and February of 2004 I had two more hospitalizations with difficulty breathing and chest pain and was found to have Pulmonary Emboli (blood clots) in the left lung.
